   The place is silent. The owner (staff?) is discreet, reserved, he is a gentleman. He leaves some food in the fridge, so necessary for the first (sunday) evening. Thanks.

   1) The entrance door leaves the cold air to enter in the first room. This door must be replaced or to put a second door, thermally isolated.
   2) The radiator from the bathroom is not working properly, it is 75% cold and the window doesn't isolate practically. That means fifteen degrees less in the bathroom. This radiator must be repaired and the window must be replaced.
   3) The water flows continuously in the WC.
   4) The warm-water heating has difficulties to warm the water for the kitchen and the bathroom in the same time.
   5) The are a lot of things not necessary in the appartment, many of them (a ladder, etc.) remained from the renovation time and from the other travellers.
   6) There is not a perfect cleanliness.
   7) The TV has not the necessary remote control device. The TV has only few channels, all in italian. It was a good opportunity for us to improve our Knowledge of this wonderfull language, but...
   8) It is necessary a true bed, not a folding bed in the first room.
   9) The photos published on the web site not represent the real situation.

   La pulizia non esiste in quella casa, la sporcizia la fa da padrone, i mobili stoviglie suppellettili e quant'altro sono unti di grasso, l'acqua era bollente e non si poteva regolare, dentro i mobili si trovano accatastati materiale di pulizia sporco, biscotti sbriciolati ne cassetti, ecc.

   Una sporcizia e un disordine mai visti. I fornelli e il lavello erano luridi. In più c'erano detersivi e panni sparsi ovunque. Per non parlare dei panni sporchi trovati nella lavatrice. In effetti credo che il proprietario ci viva, e lasci libero l'appartamento per gli ospiti, tant'è che la mattina del "check out" si è presentato con i bagagli.
   Per colazione, tra le altre cose, ci è stato lasciato un pacco di biscotti già aperto!!!
   In bagno poi, la muffa ricopre buona parte del soffitto e delle pareti.
   
   Un'esperienza pessima.
