   Riscaldamento scarso, solo una piccola stufetta elettrica per riscaldare.
   Il bagno era piccolo e dallo scarico provenivano cattivi odori.
   La doccia inadeguata.

   Wir haben im Oktober 5 Nächte in diesem Appartement verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für 2-3 Menschen, die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind und nur schnell eine Stunde Mittagsschlaf machen wollen. Die Wohnung ist superzentral, von der Vaporettostation Rialto Mercato (linie 1) wirklich nur 4 Minuten zufuß. Der Rialto Mercato ansich hat drei nette kleine Bars mit günstigem Aperol Spritz und Cichetti, da ist man unter den Einheimischen. Gabriele, der Mann der Vermieterin, war sehr freundlich und bemüht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Decken der Wohnung sind zwar niedrig aber auch große Frauen konnten gut stehen, auch das Badezimmer hat jetzt einen Duschvorhang, so dass man unkompliziert duschen kann. Die Miniküchenzeile ist für so eine kleine Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn man sich ganz, ganz weit aus dem Fenster (Fenster, keine Balkone!) lehnt, sieht man sogar den Canal Grande! Wir kommen jederzeit wieder und empfehlen den Tipp auch unseren Freunden :)

   Da gibts kaum was zu meckern! Die Mücken waren fies, und ein Aufwischer hätte geholfen, das Bad nach dem Duschen schneller trocken zu kriegen.

   Very difficult to find-we had not been given the street name and did not know how the street numbers worked. Explanation beforrehand would have saved us a couple of hours towing bags up and over bridges etc

   Eine sehr kleine Wohnung, die sauber ist und unschlagbar zentral liegt (dicht bei Rialtobrücke). Das Bad ist sehr,sehr klein, die Küchenzeile auch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt jedoch. Vielleicht könnte man statt Ferienwohnung 'Zimmer mit Kochzeile und Bad in der Beschreibung nennen. Die Angabe der Quadratmeter /Größe wäre hilfreich, kann Enttäuschung vermeiden. Bei den ersten besuchen der Webseite gab es nur 4 Fotos, zwei davon nichtssagend (Badezimmerspiegel) Wir hatten im heißen Juli eine zenrale, leicht erreichbare Rückzugsmöglichkeit. (3 erwachsene, große Frauen ;-)

   pessimo il bagno,è talmente piccolo che si fa fatica anche a fare una doccia; assenza del bidet. Stanza molto buia.I due balconi in realtà sono 2 finestrelle.

   La posizione centrale dell'appartamento

   Il servizio igienico troppo piccolo tale da non permettere il completo utilizzo dello stesso e garantire durante il soggiorno la pulizia e l'igiene propria e deli locali occupati.

   La ubicación sobre todo (está justo al lado del puente Rialto) y el precio.

   La ducha, es una cortina que se cierra con el inodoro dentro, lo cual, dificulta un poco para poder ducharse con soltura.
