   Great apartment with 3 living spaces - master bedroom with king size bed, room in between bedroom and kitchen which had a single bed in it and the kitchen itself, which was very well eqipped. We had read previous reports which said kitchen did not have a kettle - well it has one now and this was appreciated, along with small courtesy pack of t-bags & sugar. Very good location with easy access to road down to Saint Maria Degli Angeli township & surrounding areas

   We love it here. Have extended our stay by another week. The outdoor garden is absolutely lovely and a real haven at the end of the day. Very nice and helpful people. They do not speak much English so I get to practice my poor Italian. It is easy to communicate with them and a lot of fun. The location is one of the best in Assisi and the local walks into the countryside are fantastic. Olive groves, walnut trees and very typical farms. Very happy

   I don't have any negative comments

   l'appartamento e' nuovo e ben curato. la posizione e' ottima!!!! centralissimo il parcheggio privato e' comodissimo in una cittadina come assisi dove i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento. lo consiglio vivamente anche per chi ha bimbi piccoli!

   My sister and I stayed in the apartment for 7 days and everything was perfect. The location at the top of the town was ideal. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean and with outside table/chairs & loungers made for a lovely restful holiday. Although we didn't speak Italian and the family didn't speak English, we were able to communicate and they made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

   I could not find anything to complain about - it was an excellent apartment of a very high standard and the locatiion was perfect.

   The location was great and very close to where we needed to be. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were great also. Parking was also a great asset as it is restricted in Assisi.

   There was no air conditioning which was really needed with high humidity and temperatures in the high 20's.
   The owner also had no English which was a drawback as we had difficulty making ourselves understood but she was very pleasant and helpful once she understood.

   The apartment was clean and spacious with a wonderful kitchen which allowed us to use so we did not have to eat out our meals. We did breakfast and lunch and sometimes dinner in the wonderful kitchen. The beds were small but very comfortable. I was the person in the third bed in the hallway...the bedroom was also quite large and comfortable....definitely enough room for 2 persons...The bathroom was large and clean and the shower was very nice and large, as well..The outside yard was lovely to sit in the in afternoon with a book and a glass of vino....
