   Within walking distance from the train and bus stations, very convenient. The apartment was very clean and neat with all necessary amenities. This particular apartment also had a small courtyard so we could sit outside in the evenings. A great 'base' from which to explore Venice and the price was affordable. Close to several cheaper restaurants and cafes. Slightly away from the main tourist areas.

   Sometimes the street outside was rather noisy at night, especially over the weekend.

   We found the apartment to be very comfortable for two couples with everything you need in the apartment. It was fairly close to the bus terminus and train station with no need for water or other transport for one's luggage, the ground floor location is also an advantage. Our host was very friendly and helpful and although she only speaks Italian she still made sure that we are confortable and understand how everything works.

   My husband and I and two friends stayed in Apartment Frari in May '08 and found it better than what we expected. We had separate bedrooms, the bathroom was clean. We found the apartment very large for the four of us. Easy to get to all the main sites. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for the price.

   We loved the apartment - spacious, clean, with everything we needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and liked being away from the busy tourist areas, but they were still close by walking.

   lot of dust in the apartment and the air conditioning didnt work good(part of the hot air it blowed away, came back to apartment).

   The apartment was amazing, immaculate and well equipped. It even had Murano glass chandeliers which added to the Venetian feel. We were very comfortable (family of 5) and in a nice peaceful location. Highly recommended. ( the only downside was the unseasonal weather... rain, rain and more rain!!!)
