   Laposizione è interessante. Permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro storico.

   Il proprietario ha voluto 15 euro per la pulizia finale.La televisione non funziona così come il phon. Inoltre andrebbe fatto presente che l'appartamento si affaccia proprio dove c'è un bar/pub che rimane aperto fino alle due di notte e si sentono musica e schiamazzi che rendono difficoltoso il riposo.

   La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica per visitare benissimo la città di Firenze. Il ricordo migliore però è sicuramente legato alla massima gentilezza e cortesia di Paolo. Ci ha recuperato alla stazione e, passeggiando, si è rivelata una preziosissima guida. Il modo migliore di essere accolti è proprio la passione e l'amore per i luoghi in cui si vive!!! ;-)

   The location was perfect. The place was neat and clean. Paolo was a wonderful friend. If any of my friends go to Florence, i'll make sure that they stay at Paolo's.

   Our host, Paolo saw to it that upon arrival, we were received at the train station. We were settled in and assured us that he would be available to further offer his services to show us around Florence if we so wish. The room was clean and comfortable. It was located near the Train Station. We could access most of the places we wanted to visit.

   no me ha gustado nada que tuviera que pagar 15 euros de más por limpieza, sin que se me avisara previamente, la insonorización es pesima, esta justo en frente de un bar de gente joven y el ruido es insoportable, la cama y la almohada son pesimas

   Hay un pub debajo muy ruidoso y con gente un poco fea. El secador es muy pequeño de estos de viaje no sirve para nada

   Ottima posiziione nel centro di Firenze; proprietario molto simpatico; comodo appartamento arredato di buon gusto con tutto che bisogna per un corto soggiorno.

   La strada un po' rumorosa nelle ore serali; di fronte alla casa si trova un bar per i giovani. Ma questo non e la colpa del proprietario.

   The apartment was beautiful, contained all the amenities we could need for our stay in Florence and more! We were greeted by a gracious host who took the time to even give us a little tour of the city. It was a wonderful experience which we would both return to in a heartbeat.

   The location was across the street from a busy bar so the nights were a little loud, however, it's not unbearable and the host did mention that window replacements were part of his plans in the near future.
