The house is situated in a quiet area, just a few metres from the beach, the lagoon and from the site of the Festival of the Cinema, and only a 5 minutes' walk from waterbuses for Venice.

The apartment has independent heating, TV, fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and can accommodate 4 people.
