Borgo Pinti is a very nice and comfortable apartment, completely renovated and well located.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is composed of two areas, connected by a 'loggia' passage accessing a small nice court (exclusive property) with old fountain.

The first area is composed of entrance, living with dining corner and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom as a separate part of the living (queen bed).

The second area is composed of a living room with a single sofa-bed and a bathroom with bathtub on the ground level and a large bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and a single sofabed on the loft level.

The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons, but it can accommodate up to 6 person.

Pinti is furnished with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, tv satellite and dvd + adsl 24 hours on request.
