   What a wonderful apartment! Mister Nooij made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The refrigerator even had fresh creme for our coffee. A very nice man. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is bright and airy. It overlooks an inner courtyard, but if you turn your head you can see the towers of Bologna. When the bells toll later in the morning, it's like music. This was our first visit to Bologna. I hope it wont be our last. The beauty of this city and the quality of the food in the restaurants is outstanding.

   No complaints. We felt at home here.

   First, the entrance to the apartment was pleasant; then the orientation provided by the owner was most friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfectly set up for our stay of 9 days, with condiments, tea, coffee, cookies etc. We very much appreciated this. Also, many guides and pamphlets to the city were helpful. Location was perfect. We were very satisfied.

   In finding this location, I got a little lost, as depending on whether one turned west or east (or was it north/south), off of Via Independenzia , the name of the street changed. Tired, and coming from the airport by bus, with luggage, it was a little frustrating trying to find the street. Once I did that, however, it was fine. But making it a little clearer in the directions would be helpful.
   
   The bedroom, when our bed was made up as a double bed, did not have enough space to accomodate two bedside tables (so that one bedside table was partially in the door passageway.) That said, we did not find this to be a 'huge' problem, just a minor annoyance.

   We had an excellent holiday in this apartment. It was spotless and the owner had considered every need. It was home to home, very comfortable!

   einer der saubersten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bisher hatten. Komplett ausgestattet vom Kaffee bis zum Balsamessig !! Sogar an Begrüßungskekse und Tee wurde gedacht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

   Friendly owner, fantastic location (smack bang in the centre of town and right next to the lively, student district), lovely, clean, bright apartment with all the amenities you need incl. fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer...could not recommend this place more...you feel very independent (which i appreciate as a traveller) and immediately feel at home in the city :)

   literally the only down side to this apartment were the twin beds as I went with my partner, however that is pretty easy to get round as we just pushed the beds together!

   The location was excellent. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Everything a visitor would need had been carefully considered and supplied.

   There was nothing that "didn't satisfy" us about our stay.

   The apartment was very clean and perfectly adequate for two travelers. Great location and the owner was very nice and helpful. This was one of our favorite accomadations on our two week trip through Italy.

   the building was pretty, as if Juliette has lived there :) The apartment was cozy, had everything needed, the hosts were very nice! They got a baby crib for our daughter and recommended good places to eat. They were very amicable. I saw above somebody complaining about the net. We used Internet a lot during our stay and we had no troubles.

   would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 twins

   The location is excellent--so close to the vibrant student quarter, yet extremely quiet. The apartment had a lot of natural light, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It was wonderful coming "home" each evening, as if we actually had our own flat in Bologna.

   I was traveling with my husband and would have preferred a larger bed instead of 2 twins.

   Clean, silent, comfortable. Typical Bologna style rooms. I was very satisfied with it!!

   Network connections was become bad 1 or 2 days after I arrived there.
   That's it. I can't find any other things what I didn't satisfy.
